Putting it Out There - Week 1 - 4/18/2011

TGIF everyone! I am starting something new today. For all of my Beachbody Coaches, and customers (and anyone else that wants to trail along), I will be putting out a weekly blog that will identify my goals for the upcoming week as well as starting next week, I will share with you my challenges and my successes with my goals. We all know that "putting it out there" provides us with much more room for success, so here goes...

As a working mother of 2 active kiddos, I struggle with getting a home cooked meal on the table during the week. My goal for the week beginning April 18th is to cook 3nights. That is 3 nights between Monday and Friday. Planning will be critical. My success in this goal will depend on my planning.

As Tony Horton says, "Abs are made in the kitchen". Isn't that the truth! You can get a kick butt workout in 6-7 days a week, but if you are not feeding your body proper nutrition, you will fail at reaching your optimum fitness goals. My nutrition goal for the week molds nicely with my goal above and feeding my family a nutritious meal 3 nights a week. Again, planning!

I will start getting up in the morning and doing my workouts. I will also be adding in running every other night. My runs will consist of 3 miles on Monday, 2 miles on Wednesday, 1 mile on Friday, and 5 miles on Saturday. The goal... no injuries.

As an Independent Beachbody Coach, continuing to share Beachbody with friends, families and strangers (soon to be friends) is something I strive to accomplish each day. I will be reaching out to my coaches and customers to offer support on business building, fitness and nutrition tips, and just let them know I'm here.
